We’ve all seen the plethora of books that inspire young children to follow their dreams and do what they want to regardless of gender stereotypes. This book is one for teenagers that feature actual teenagers doing important things in their community, that while still being impressive, are things that are more manageable for other people to follow.

Review:

I did enjoy this book and think that it is interesting to hear about other people’s experiences and how that influences their actions. While some people made great changes in their community, I got the impression that some of the people just had an interesting experience that changed them and is definitely worth talking about, however, I don’t feel that they all “Changed the World” as the title would suggest.

We can become the person we want to see when we are 60.

I also felt that the “interviews” that were promised in the description were more like the interviews giving a speech rather than a conversation, which made me feel a little mis-sold. The content of this book is very interesting and is well worth a read, I would just say that the book is not exactly what I was lead to believe from the cover.
