An author you’d like to read that you’ve never read:
I am looking forward to reading a lot of new books from different authors as part of my BBC Arts challenge, but for other books, I am looking forward to reading This Mortal Coil by Emily Suvada.

A book you’d like to read:
I am very much looking forward to reading the Milkman by Anna Burns.

A classic you’d like to read:
I am hoping to make time to read Animal Farm by George Orwell this year.

A book you’d like to re-read:
I’m looking forward to re-reading the Percy Jackson and the Heroes of Olympus series as I received the Magnus Chase and the Trials of Apollo books for Christmas.

A book you’ve had for ages and want to read:
I’ve had the Fandom Rising for quite a while now, and I want to actually read it at some point!

A big book you’d like to read:
I have got a copy of Battle Royale that is over 600 pages long, and I am daunted by the prospect of reading it, but I shall do it my best.

An author you’ve previously read and would like to read more of:
I’d like to read more from Margaret Atwood, particularly the Testaments.

A book you got for Christmas and would like to read:
I received a copy of Bloodlust and Bonnets by Emily McGovern, and I am eager to get to it!

A series you want to read from start to finish:
There are so many, but I am looking forward to working my way through the Darkest Minds quartet by Alexandra Bracken.

A series you want to finish that you’ve already started:
This one is easy, Assassination Classroom by Yusei Matsui.

Do you set reading goals? If so, how many books do you want to read in 2020?
Yes, I want to read 156 books this year, or 3 a week. It sounds a lot, but is my average reading pace, as long as I don’t fall into any reading slumps!
